Pipelines move leads and clients through stages. Admins manage pipelines, stages, and the HighLevel opportunity mapping per stage. Everyone can view them, and move a record from its lead or client detail view.

Tags apply to leads, clients, and companies. Deleting a tag here removes it from every record it is on.

Custom fields add typed data to leads, clients, and companies. Editing a field type does not migrate values already stored, they are re-checked on the next save.

Adapters run dry-run by default: actions are logged and simulated, never sent. Going live per integration requires its API keys in the vault, a super admin flip, and the master switch off.
